I like this, yet at the same time I don't. XD It was hard to see what I wanted in my mind, but I'm gonna patch this up with my tablet. >;3 I wanted it to look like she was kick ass, but I seem to be lacking (I think). Critique it, please? ;o;

Things to fix...um
The hands look a little akward maybe you should have put the arms out a little more so it looks like she's cracking her knuckles...I don't know if that's what you were aiming for but if it was I'd ask a friend to do it then keep the real life image of it in your mind so you can apply it to the picture...
Um the hips aren't rounded enough for a woman's body. They're kind of flat.
Next...the feet look a little akward. The front foot appears to be stepping on the back food. Try to have someone standing in the position you want or take a picture of yourself standing the way you're aiming for. I think you may have to spread the legs a little to make it more natural.
The head is good, the head is good, the hair is good, the face is cute in a bad girl sort of way...it's like she's saying, "Yes I'm cute and I'll kick your a$$ too."
Remember these are just suggestions you don't have to do any of them (I don't even know if they'll work). What I find helps me in my art (yes even for chibis) is to look at real people and see what looks comfortable in real life. Though I may not get it right it still helps. So try asking a friend to stand like this then draw a stick figure (with joints) in the same position(s).
